We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in Vancouver, Washington. This role primarily involves providing interim support in the HR department, focusing on recruitment, benefits administration, and general HR support.

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for various HR tasks and will need to be comfortable with job postings, Google Calendar, and managing HR tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and assist with recruitment processes and job postings.
  • Provide support for open enrollment benefit questions.
  • Handle the processing of FMLA forms and provide general HR support.
  • Utilize ADP and Google Suite for daily tasks and record keeping.
  • Maintain compliance with HR practices and procedures.
  • Facilitate communication and employee relations within the organization.
  • Carry out corporate recruiting activities.
  • Leverage your skills in ADP Workforce Now and other financial services.
  • Implement and monitor benefit functions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using ADP
  • Solid understanding and experience with Benefit Functions
  • Recruitment experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in compliance and regulatory matters
  • Familiarity with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar HR Generalist role is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
