Tax Director/Manager - Corporate

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of monthly income tax provisions
• Assist in the consolidation process for tax account roll-forward schedules on a monthly basis
• Prepare the quarterly tax reserve and manage estimates paid to federal and state authorities
• Review and maintain accurate records of cash tax work papers
• Contribute to tax planning and forecasting initiatives to optimize financial outcomes
• Manage and oversee tax diligence for new acquisitions and investments, leading analysis from a tax perspective
• Prepare and review property tax renderings and reports, and support all tax assessment valuations and abatements
• Leverage skills in 'Annual Income Tax Provision', 'Tax
• Multi-state', 'Tax
• Corporate' to ensure effective tax management and compliance.
• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate tax role
• Proven expertise in handling Annual Income Tax Provision
• Proficiency in managing multi-state tax operations
• Demonstrated experience in Corporate Tax
• Ability to interpret and comply with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred
• Proficient in using tax software and other related financial systems.
