Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Develop account plans to strategically approach and manage growth for each client.
- Analyze account performance analytics and provide insights to clients based on their needs and history.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align services and product offerings with client objectives and feedback.
- Prepare and present reports on account status and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role in sales or customer service.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) practices and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making strategic recommendations.
