You are:
An experienced Network Operations Engineer
The Work:
Operational role supporting internal, shared, and client owned infrastructure housed within various sites and data centers. The team is required to support client infrastructure 24x7x365 and adhere to SLA/OLA requirements for responsiveness and resolution times.Environments consist of mainly Cisco devices, Fortinet, F5 Phyical & Virtual equipment. Devices consist of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IPS/IDS, Load balancers and virtual appliances.
This role will require 2-3 days per week at the local office. The preferred hiring locations for this role are Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; and Tampa, FL. Qualified applicants in other targeted locations may be considered
