So, who’s right for the job?
Someone who excels at managing and organizing inventory, maintaining records, processing orders, and ensuring that the right parts are available when needed. You should also have a passion for receiving and inspecting shipments, tracking inventory levels, and assisting with inventory audits.If you enjoy administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining files, and communicating with suppliers regarding parts and supplies, this job is for you! You will play a crucial role in fulfilling all external technician/service writer orders by placing orders through websites and over the phone with manufacturers and vendors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Organized and Enthusiastic about parts and logistics.
- Positive attitude and genuinely care about customer service.
- 1+ years of experience ordering automotive and/or household parts (preferred).
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of products, outlook and Internet commerce.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to sit for long periods.
- $15 an hour.
