Client Services Administrator
Randstad has partnered with a Financial Planning firm located in Downtown Boston to fill a position supporting the administration and client services of a small team. The environment is very collaborative and team oriented. The ideal candidate will have financial planning experience, be extremely detail oriented, and have a drive to learn and grow. This role requires successful completion of a background check. Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Financial Planning Experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities- Collaborate with the team to service a book of clients
- Handle insurance annuity
- Assist with insurance underwriting
- Speak and consult with clients on investments, retirement plans, etc
- Field incoming client calls answering questions regarding plans, escalating when required
- Call firms with client to complete rollovers
- Complete paperwork and track pending applications
- Manage all necessary data entry and management
- Schedule client meetings when required
