About the role:Your main responsibility is to support the Product Developer, creating the best products to our friends in the community. The ideal candidate for this role will be a shining star when it comes to administrative tasks and sample handling, and love to work in a fast paced environment where every day is a bit different from the last.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Product Development: Assist in developing new products, working closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams. You'll be involved in every step of the process, from commenting on bulk fabrics, lab dips, print strike-offs, and trims, to supporting the creation of product specifications and tech packs.
Sample Handling: Shipping, receiving, tracking and distributing samples to the team. Organizing sample library and prepare samples for photoshoots.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Help test and evaluate prototypes, pre-production and final products, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and performance. You will be responsible for garment quality control (incl. measuring, washing tests etc.). You'll also gather and analyze feedback from internal teams, athletes and our friends to refine product designs and features.
Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with the design and production team, and other stakeholders to ensure all products meet our design and quality standards. You'll participate in team meetings and taking notes during fittings, providing updates and insights from your garment quality controls.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Preferable minimum one year of experience with product development
- Education within Textiles/Product Development
- Experience measuring samples and entering specs in tech packs
- Working knowledge of PLM systems is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
