3rd Shift Production Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee, manage, and coordinate the 3rd shift production operations between the hours of 11:30PM - 7:30AM
2. Responsible for ensuring all production outputs and quality standards are met according to schedule.
3. Regularly review performance, proposing and implementing improvements to ensure productivity.
4. Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
5. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the shift.
6. Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of production staff.
7. Collaborating with other shift managers to ensure smooth transition and cooperation between shifts.
8. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
9. Report production updates, incidents, and other important information to upper management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
2. Previous experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
3. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
4. Proven experience with performance metrics and lean manufacturing.
5. Solid understanding of production management and quality control standards.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic planning capabilities.
