Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical IT Product Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT product management and possess advanced skills in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus. This role requires a professional with excellent collaboration skills, gathering and documenting high level requirements working with business customers, capable of managing the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products, from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

This is a hybrid work opportunity, and the team is normally onsite 1-2 days/ week in Dearborn, MI. This position is ideal for the multi-faceted individual who has experience as a Software Engineer, Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Designer and Product Manager, and is interested in working with a portfolio of cutting-edge tools, COTS products, multiple PDO organizations and business customers.
This person will manage a Product Team that develops/supports multiple products. We are looking for a person who will act as both a participative technical leader and a Product Manager. Work with multiple organizations (Business Customers, PDOs, ITO) to understand business requirements, develop/manage product roadmaps and develop new products per the product backlog.

Act as the single point of contact for your products.

Skills Required-

Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, working closely with product owners and end users to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.-

Develop and maintain a comprehensive product backlog: Create user stories, epics, and features, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and business goals.-

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product owners, software engineers, end users, and customer support, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.-

Product Development: Oversee the product development lifecycle, including defining requirements, creating user stories, and working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time.-

UI Workflow Design and Development: Lead the design and development of user interfaces and workflows to ensure intuitive and efficient user experiences.-

GCP Expertise: Utilize advanced skills in Google Cloud Platform to design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.-

SRE and DORA Practices: Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and leverage DevOps Research and Assessment (DORA) metrics to enhance product reliability, performance, and deployment efficiency.
