Customer Service Representative

We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our healthcare team located in Norwood, Massachusetts. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional customer services in a high-volume call setting, manage email correspondence, and perform data entry tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing timely responses to customer inquiries
• Handling a high volume of inbound calls and managing email correspondence
• Maintaining excellent customer service skills at all times
• Utilizing written scripts as a guide to assist customers
• Efficiently entering data into Microsoft Office and Excel
• Balancing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate customer credit records
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action when needed
• Processing order entries in a detailed manner. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in data entry and order entry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prior experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
• Familiarity with call center customer service environment
• Ability to effectively answer inbound calls
• Skilled in email correspondence
• Knowledge of healthcare or NHS industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High level of professionalism and patience when dealing with customers
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
