The position requires travel to engage with clients, conduct presentations, and participate in industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Industry Engagement: Meet with contractors, architects, and engineers to educate them on our solutions.
• Specification Development: Establish strong relationships with specifiers and project managers to secure product specifications in commercial projects.
• Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance and support tailored to clients' technical needs.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives.
• Market Analysis: Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Training & Workshops: Lead educational sessions, webinars, and training programs on product applications and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical knowledge in commercial construction, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven experience in building relationships and securing specifications in commercial projects.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
