We are on the lookout for a meticulous Project Accountant to join our team in the construction industry, based in Framingham, Massachusetts. As a Project Accountant, you will be integral in handling multiple construction projects, supporting managers, and ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.

• Accurately process and manage accounts payable
• Keep track of accrued expenses and conduct regular expense analysis
• Manage and forecast expense budget for multiple construction projects
• Conduct bank reconciliations on a regular basis
• Maintain accurate records of construction costs
• Provide support to managers for various construction projects
• Handle invoicing for multiple construction projects
• Manage and monitor budgeting processes, including operating budgets and budget projections
• Ensure accurate and efficient expense management and projections. • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Accountant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Accrued Expenses
• Ability to handle Expense Accruals
• Skilled in Expense Analysis
• Proven expertise in Expense Budget creation and management
• Demonstrated ability in Expense Management
• Knowledge of Expense Projections
• Experience in Budget Management
• Proficiency in Budgeting
• Experience with Budgeting and Forecasting

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations
