Maintenance Technician

Summary

This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks, inspections, and equipment servicing to ensure the continuous operation of manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to identify and address equipment performance issues, and provide technical assistance to resolve problems promptly
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery and equipment components
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment issues and improve overall reliability
• Perform equipment calibrations and adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality standards in the manufacturing process
• Assist in the installation, modification, and relocation of manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational requirements
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, and promote a culture of safety among maintenance personnel and other employees
