Robert Half is working with a well-respected manufacturing company to find a Customer Service Manager to join their team. The Customer Service Manager serves customers by providing product information, order status, shipping and service information.In addition, the Customer Service Manager should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. This position will have 2-3 direct reports and is responsible to manage the daily productivity of the staff.
Customer Service Manager will report to the Director of Sales.
- High School Diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of related customer service experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Extremely detail-oriented, excellent written communication skills
- Able to handle fast-paced environment and deadline pressures
- Supervisory experience
