Production Supervisor - 1st & 2nd Shift

The Production Supervisor will report directly to the Production Manager and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:-Supervise, mentor, train and develop a team of production operators and technicians.-Assign tasks and responsibilities and training to team members and team leaders, ensuring optimal workforce utilization.-Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs as needed.-Monitor daily production activities to ensure that all operations are running efficiently and according to schedule.-Coordinate with the planning and logistics teams to ensure the availability of materials and resources required for production.-Implement production schedules and manage workflow to meet production targets.-Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.-Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.-Enforce company safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.-Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly and safely.-Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.-Communicate effectively with other departments, including engineering, maintenance, and logistics, to resolve any production issues.-Participate in production meetings and provide updates on production status, challenges, and opportunities.
