Salary: $90-115k + Bonus (10-20%, depending on firm performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support two lead advisors in all client communications.
• Monitor and follow up on client tasks and action items.
• Address and resolve client issues and concerns proactively.
• Develop thorough understanding of each client’s expectations and preferences.
• Manage client relationships, including preparation of materials for meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of experience in financial services.
• Holder of either Series 65, CFA, CFP or CPA. If not a CFP, intention to sit for the exam within the next 2 years.
• Familiarity with Redtail, Orion, eMoney, Morningstar, GoToMeeting, iRebal and Schwab custodian is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, personable demeanor, ability to handle confidential information and multitask.
