Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for customers and policy owners while assisting with office operations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask efficiently in a professional environment.

Job Type: Full-Time (Temp-to-Hire)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 9:00am – 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer and screen phone calls; maintain office directory.
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and maintain office supplies.
  • Keep office areas neat and professional.
  • Provide administrative support to staff and financial representatives.
  • Assist with new hire setup and onboarding.
  • Maintain office security and safety procedures.
  • Support marketing efforts by coordinating meetings and ensuring a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Strong customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
