Contract Recruiter Role

We are in search of a diligent Recruiter to help out our non-profit client on a contract basis for an estimated 3-4 months. The role involves assisting with recruitment efforts, focusing primarily on entry-level Customer Care positions.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate recruitment efforts, particularly for a high volume of entry-level Customer Care positions.
• Manage a multitude of similar customer care roles across different regions.
• Source potential candidates and screen resumes for suitability.
• Conduct interviews with candidates and progress qualified applicants through the hiring process.
• Ensure the integration of diversity and inclusion principles into all recruitment procedures.
• Utilize CRM and Applicant Track System for effective recruitment and candidate tracking.
• Perform background checks as part of the recruitment process.
• Conduct cold calling as part of sourcing strategies.
• Use Workday for recruitment-related tasks.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter for at least 5 years.
• Proficient in Utilizing Workday as an ATS
• Familiarity with conducting Background Checks.
• Knowledge in managing Benefit Functions.
• Experience in Cold Calling for potential candidates.
• Proficiency in using Workday HR software.
• Outstanding Time Management skills.
• Strong skills in Recruiting and Recruitment Sourcing.
• Experience in overseeing the Onboarding process.
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
