Spanish Speaking Receptionist

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Rockwall, Texas, United States. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, and assisting customers with their inquiries.

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Use Office 365 tools, particularly Word and Excel, to perform administrative tasks
• Utilize the Switchboard for managing 1-10 phone lines
• Provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Utilize Constant Contact for e-mail communication to maintain customer relationships and provide updates
• Keep track of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, and maintain customer records accurately. • Fluency in both English and Spanish languages.
• Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
• Proficiency in managing switchboards, specifically with 1-10 lines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of office procedures and basic bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Ability to maintain a detail oriented and friendly demeanor at all times.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Office Administration is a plus.
