Human Resources (HR) Manager

We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Billerica, Massachusetts. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, where you will primarily focus on setting up benefit plans, running payroll, acting as the main point of contact for employees, and ensuring HR compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the establishment and implementation of benefit plans
• Serving as the primary contact for all employee inquiries and issues
• Ensuring adherence to HR policies and maintaining compliance with legal regulations
• Administering bi-monthly payroll operations efficiently
• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR functions
• Employing ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient communication and processes
• Leveraging Ceridian and HCM for effective HR management
• Overseeing all aspects of employee relations to maintain a harmonious workplace
• Managing hiring processes to ensure the acquisition of suitable talent
• Ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in ADP
• Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Knowledge of Ceridian and HCM
• Experience with Benefit Functions
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong understanding of Compliance regulations
• Experience in managing Employee Relations
• Expertise in various Hiring Processes
• Experience in managing bi-Monthly Payroll
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Payroll management
