Quality manager
Quality Manager needed for growing organization primarily focused on heavy industrial products for a variety of industries. The QM strategically directs the quality team with leadership over QMS, CI, Product Quality, Auditing, and and Supplier Quality.

salary: $100,000 - 120,000 per year
work hours: 7am to 3pm
education: Bachelors
responsibilities:
- Supervising the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO, API, and other relevant standards
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Establish performance KPIs that connect with strategic goals
