Customer Service Dispatch Manager
We are seeking a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves Customer Service Manager for a recognized, world-class organization. The ideal candidate will possess a positive and patient demeanor along with exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Required Experience:
- 5+ years in customer service management
- 5+ years in dispatch management
- 5+ years in field service dispatch
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM (if not Salesforce, 5+ years of management experience overseeing 35+ employees)
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Salesforce (required).
- Experience in field service dispatch for multi-state operations.
- Managed a team of 30+ people.
- strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
- Proficiency in office management systems and procedures.
- Expertise in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail with the ability to implement new processes.
- Experience in route optimization.
- strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned customer projects to ensure service level agreements are met, customer expectations are fulfilled, and relationships are effectively managed within the scope of the contract or project.
- Provide oversight and mentorship to Customer Service Professionals on specific project assignments.
- Supervise and oversee a fleet of 40+ drivers across 8 states.
- Ensure seamless customer request processing from initiation through completion.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality KPIs.
- Conduct post-project reviews with support from operations management.
- Oversee project outcomes, including workload, team assignments, daily operations, and special initiatives.
