Medical Receptionist
We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our fast-paced healthcare practice in a dedicated phone room. The primary responsibility of this role is managing high volumes of inbound calls and ensuring accurate call routing. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Accurately route calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Collaborate with referring providers to schedule patient appointments.
- Follow protocols for preparing charts and managing referral appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support other practice areas as needed.

Experience as a Receptionist, Customer Support or similar role is preferred.
