Assistant Controller- Manufacturing- Brookfield
About Our Client
I'm partnered with the CFO at a global, $200M family-owned manufacturer near Bedford Park, IL (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). This client designs and manufactures custom made products for well-known customers. They are now looking to identify an Assistant Controller to join the team as the previous individual has been with the organization for 20+ years and is now looking to retire.
Reporting into the Controller with daily communication to the CFO, you will have ownership of the accounting function, while managing a Staff Accountant (who we placed!). As the Assistant Controller, you will also drive key process improvements to create efficiencies within the organization involving month-end, costing, system implementations, and more.
