We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems and databases. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases.
• Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing source documents.
• Maintain data confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Review and correct errors in data entries to ensure high accuracy.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
• Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data discrepancies.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and record-keeping, as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy (e.g., 50+ words per minute).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with data entry software or database management systems is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
