ARDMS General Ultrasound TechnicianFull-Time | 5x8s** Sign-on Bonus Eligible **MLee Healthcare is currently seeking a qualified Ultrasound Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform various ultrasound procedures with a focus on delivering high-quality imaging and providing compassionate patient care.Primary Responsibilities for an Ultrasound Technician:Conduct diagnostic ultrasound examinations.Operate and maintain ultrasound machines and related equipment.Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns.Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and review imaging results.Qualifications for an Ultrasound Technician:Associate's or Bachelors degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.Certification by the ARDMS (AB) (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) is required to be obtained within the first year of hire.2 years of experience working as an Ultrasound Technician (preferred, not required).Proficiency in various ultrasound techniques and the use of equipment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
