We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This role involves handling inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, providing support to the Sales Department, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly, accurately, courteously, and professionally to inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals over the phone
  • Support the Sales Department by answering questions generated through telephone, emails, and fax
  • Record customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Determine charges for services requested, work with Corporate Accounts Receivable for payment collections, and manage billing processes
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Maintain customer pricing in ERP system and handle contract entry as needed
  • Implement procedures to keep accurate inventory records in the ERP system through proper billing and replenishment processes
  • Implement procedures to manage inventory shelf life and expiry records.

Key Responsibilities:
