Engineering Operations Support Specialist 3 - Records Management

Join AZAD as an Engineering Operations Support Specialist / Records Management and provide support to the Telecom Project and Systems Engineering organizations within a regional electric utility. This individual will coordinate, compile, maintain, and document; Track and organize project data and develop reports; and Process project drawing / design work.

This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is based in Vancouver, WA and is hybrid with work performed onsite one to two days weekly. The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is $29.57 - $37.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

Associate or bachelor's degree in project management, office / business management, or an Engineering-related discipline is preferred.
6 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
8 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.
10 year of experience is required without a degree or with a degree not in applicable fields.

Experience must be consistent with the specific requirements of engineering operations and progressively more technical in nature. Must be capable of applying diversified knowledge and principles and practices in assigned technical areas. Requires a working knowledge of automated systems.

Relevant experience with data collection from various stakeholders (such as engineering, supply chain, project management, etc.) and producing Excel spreadsheets, as well as manipulating the data and producing charts.
Experience working in a matrix organizational structure on multiple, concurrent schedules, multiple, demanding stakeholders, and business functions.

Intermediate skill level with MS SharePoint sufficient to develop SharePoint sites.

Proficient in written and verbal communication.

Experience with Acrobat.
Proficient with MS Word for document creation, editing, and producing organizational performance reports, including the ability to adjust/modify the documents to accommodate frequent input changes, before finalizing.

Excel experience with demonstrated ability to create pivot tables, charts and manipulate data with ease.

Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.

Must be able to pass a federal criminal background and drug screening.
