Our client is a well-established, manufacturer of environmentally friendly products used in agriculture and farming! They are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their expanding team!

Role Overview: The Accounts Payable Analyst will play an active role in managing and overseeing all functions necessary to ensure expense teams process payments for the company accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development, implementation, and upkeep of accounts payable systems, processes, and policies to ensure strong controls, improved efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
• Handle invoice matching, batching, and coding, while supervising expense invoice processing to guarantee accuracy and timeliness.
• Regularly reconcile vendor accounts to prevent potential disputes.
• Assist in addressing and resolving vendor account issues as needed.

Requirements:

• At least two years of progressively responsible experience in accounts payable is advantageous.
