My client is a National General Contractor headquartered in St. Louis. They average $1B+ in annual revenue, with presence in large scale multifamily and industrial projects. They've established a large client base with projects ranging from $50M - $100M+.Because of the anticipated growth and current workload this role will come in and not only manage projects but participate in operational responsibilities. Job Description- Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
- Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals
- Lead from the front to establish a positive office culture
- Creates and reviews project schedules
- Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout
- Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
- Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion
- Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
- Nation-wide projects require managing remote teams, adds flexibility

The Successful Applicant- 10-15+ years of experience with a general contractor
- Bachelor's degree in construction field preferred, not required
- Experience leading and assisting on commercial construction projects
- Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate
- Success driven
- Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics
- Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors
- Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus
- Base Salary of $100,000-$130,000 based on experience
