Industrial Maintenance Technician
They must coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance and repairs, organize the necessary resources, and ensure that the work is carried out safely and efficiently. The Maintenance Specialist must also keep accurate records of maintenance work done and ensure that all equipment is up to code with safety and environmental regulations.
They must have knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and be able to troubleshoot problems as they arise. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are critical to success in this role.
salary: $62,400 - $72,800 per yearshift: First

Responsibilities- Oversees the maintenance of machines and equipment and facilities
- Collaborates closely with Production Dept. to minimize impact of PM and repairs on production plans.
- Collaborates with team members and supervisors to diagnose and troubleshoot problems
- Ensures that all repairs and maintenance are completed accurately and quickly
- Manages all related maintenance data and resources
- Manages all vendor related information and planning and ensures scheduled work is carried out
- Collaborates with Engineering Dept. to evaluate, purchase, install and validate new machines and
- Collaborates with Production, Quality, and Engineering departments to improve quality control and
- Implements and adheres to safety regulations and protocols
