- Lead and oversee all aspects of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of project managers, superintendents, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish and execute company-wide policies, procedures, and standards for construction projects.
- Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resources to mitigate risks and maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to promote repeat business and positive partnerships.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation in construction operations.

The Successful Applicant- Seasoned professional with a proven track record of at least 10 years in construction operations, demonstrating progressive leadership and management experience.
- Strategic thinker capable of developing and executing plans to optimize efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction across diverse construction projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Exceptional financial acumen, adept at managing budgets, forecasting costs, and enhancing project profitability.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends, ensuring compliance and innovation in operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
- Extremely competitive base salary (160-165k) based on experience
