Insurance Verification Rep

This role will be based in an office setting and involves handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.

• Conduct insurance verifications for future medical procedures through direct phone communications and website interactions.
• Keep impeccable records of insurance verifications and customer data.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to insurance verifications.
• Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions as required.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for data entry and record maintenance.
• Follow-up on insurance matters, ensuring all requirements are met and documented.
• Adhere to dress code and office protocols for maintaining a detail oriented environment.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all insurance and patient data.
• Assist in reducing the backlog of insurance verifications in a timely manner.
• Work with the Revenue Cycle team to ensure smooth operations. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven experience in conducting Insurance Verifications as part of previous roles
• Knowledge and understanding of Medical Insurance Verification processes
• Ability to accurately determine Insurance Eligibility for clients
• Experience in Insurance Follow-up activities to resolve pending issues
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medical Insurance policies and procedures
