Part-Time Assistant Soccer Coach - Early Childhood (Weekend Mornings)

Hours: 2.5 - 5 hours per week
Pay: $20/hr - $25/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant Soccer Coach to work with children aged 1 to 5 years old. This entry level role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for early childhood education and a knack for making physical activities enjoyable and engaging for toddlers.As an Assistant Coach, you’ll help foster a love for soccer through playful activities and basic skill-building exercises.
Schedule:
Candidates should have weekend morning availability. We’re looking for individuals who are available both Saturdays and Sundays.- Weekends: 9:00a - 10:30a
The candidate will also need to attend our in-person coach training sessions, held once a month on Fridays around 12pm.
Additional shift options during the week:
- Weekdays: 10:00a - 11:00a
- Weekdays: 3:00p - 4:30p
- Background in child development, education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with young children, ages 1 - 5
- 12 early childhood education units preferred
- Morning availability

- Brea & Fullerton (as needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and patient demeanor
- Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work minimal hours.
- Progress to Head Coach role based on performance within 60-90 days
- $25/hr - $30/hr
