Job Description -Project Manager/Business Analyst Contract Duration: 2.5 yrs Location: ONSITE, Tallahassee, FL (Mon - Fri) LinkedIn is Must Job Description Required:- Active Project Management Professional Certification 3 years of experience in managing information technology projects 3 years of experience in developing detailed project documentation for Executive Management 3 years of experience with change management procedures 3 years of experience with facilitating meetings 3 years of experience documenting process flows 3 years of experience creating and reviewing ERDs- 3 years of experience with managing a mix of local/virtual teams 3 years of experience with management and facilitation of external stakeholder groups Deep understanding of business and technology requirements collection methodology.PREFERRED Experince with Florida PALM Project SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:o Create required reporting documents, using MS Word, Excel, or other software as assigned by the Department.o Schedule and facilitate meetings as directed by the Department.

Create and submit a meeting agenda and minutes for each meeting as directed by the Department.o Manage the data collection and tracking of functional and technical requirements for system remediations as directed by the Department.o Prepare process flow charts, as directed by the Department.o Conduct status meetings, project team meetings, and stakeholder meetings as directed by the Department.o Attend Florida PALM meetings as directed by the Department.o Assign, track, and monitor Florida PALM project activities using MS Word, Excel, Project, or other software as assigned by the Department.o Develop project plans and reports, using MS Word, Excel, Project, or other software as directed by the Department.o Provide weekly updates, with current task status, project plans, and reports as assigned by the Department.o Communicate in meetings, verbally, via emails, and written formats with project teams and stakeholders as directed by the Department.o Perform analysis and produce project documents and briefings as directed by the Department.o Assist the Department with change management aspects from FLAIR to Florida PALM as requested by the Department.o Coordinate with the Departments Strategic Process Management team to develop and deliver appropriate training to Department end users as directed by the Department.
