Salary: $100,000 to $150,000, part of salary will be in commissions

Located in Fort Lee, NJ , Gems NY.com is the online extension of a 30 year old wholesale gemstones business. With an extensive inventory and superior marketing we are one of the most dominant companies in the jewelry industry.
Roles & Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to upper management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.

- One on one appointments with customers
- 3-5years jewelry sales experience required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proficient Typer (minimum 50 words per minute required)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
