About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Luxury Sales Consultant to join a prestigious boutique in Knightsbridge. Representing a world-renowned luxury brand, you will bring expertise in fine watchmaking and deliver an exceptional client experience to high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized service to clients, demonstrating deep knowledge of fine watches and their craftsmanship.
Build lasting relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Achieve sales targets through a consultative approach, identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Maintain the boutique’s presentation and ensure all displays meet brand standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally specializing in fine watches.
Strong understanding of watchmaking and the ability to communicate technical details confidently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
Experience working with high-net-worth clients in a luxury environment.
Knowledge of the Knightsbridge area and its clientele is an advantage.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
