Customer Service Representative

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Long Beach, California. In this role, you will be involved in a range of duties primarily focused on customer service at an event setting.

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival at the event
• Handle the registration process for event attendees
• Generate and distribute badges for registered individuals
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and attendees
• Use iPad technology for data entry and other tasks
• Address and resolve any customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally. • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
• Proven expertise in customer service skills, with the ability to manage and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Experience with the registration process, including customer onboarding and data management
• Proficiency in using iPad for various tasks, including email and calendar management
• Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
