Accounts Payable Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join the finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's payable accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payments. work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

Process and verify invoices and payment requests in a timely manner.
Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure accuracy.
Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
Assist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations.
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline AP processes.
Prepare and maintain reports related to accounts payable metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Assist in audit preparation and provide necessary documentation.
