Responsibilities:- Survey damage within the property
- Evaluate and record damage to all items within the property
- Perform cleaning process for both contents and structural damage, as needed
- Removal of contents for cleaning or destruction. Pack outs and pack backs
- Demolition of structural damage to properties through the use of hand and power tools
- Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold
- Reporting of inventory
- Completion and filing of documentation on contents and laundry jobs
- Complete notes of assigned jobs
- Take photos of jobs assigned at start, completion, and throughout the process
- Keep equipment clean and organized in the shop
- Responsible for unloading trash in assigned areas
- Responsible for recording your time and coding it to the job assigned
