Synerfac is seeking an HVAC Install Manager for our client in Rocky Mount, VA. Our client is a family-owned business that serves Roanoke and the surrounding areas.

The position of HVAC Install Manager ensures schedules are planned for and run smoothly and meet all financial goals and the customer is extremely satisfied. The position requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with the client as well as the employees.

Drive Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Foster Communication: Maintain open communication channels across teams and departments.

Report and Present: Prepare reports and presentations on team performance and operational metrics for management review.
