Paragon Mechanical is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee and manage our team of HVAC Technicians and Installers. This key leadership role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of field services, providing technical support, and managing personnel.The Service Manager will work closely with the Sales and Dispatch teams to ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction across all Commercial and Residential HVAC projects.
