About the role:
We’re looking for a Freelance Apparel Technical Designer to support our product team on some upcoming projects. The ideal candidate is self motivated and able to work independently. They will have good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
What you’ll do:
- Input fit comments & graded specs in excel and/or Centric system
- Inspect, measure & comment on pre-production & top of production samples. Ensure quality standards and brand integrity through careful evaluation.
- Support Technical Director and partner with Design Team and Production Manager in various facets of development & production
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in related field/position required
- Proficiency in model evaluation and garment measurements
- Proficiency in Tech Pack development
- MS Excel, Word, Adobe, PLM experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
