Responsibilities- Process high volumes of vendor invoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare check runs, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Maintain vendor records and ensure all accounts are updated.
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing issues, payment schedules, and account inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approvals for all payments.
