Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Manufacturing Technicians for projects located in the Hermantown, MN area. This is a third shift opportunity and the pay rate is $23/hour based on experience plus $100/day worked per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job-site.If you are a Manufacturing Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
- Inspect & install aircraft components, sub-assemblies, and composite parts
- Follow engineer drawings & specifications to install, connect, or bond aircraft parts
- Use adhesives, rivets, or threaded fasteners
- Ensure fit clearance alignment & functional performance complies with design requirements
- Prepare & use fixtures to aid in locating, bonding, or drilling aircraft parts
- Route wire harnesses
- Lift varying weight
Requirements:
- Mechanically inclined background is preferred
- Must wear a respirator, and other PPE
- Stand for up to 10 hours per day
