Join Voice Up as a Teaching Assistant Intern focused on supporting educational initiatives in India. This role involves working with students across India while building bridges between Indian educational traditions and global learning approaches.The position requires deep understanding of Indian educational systems, cultural contexts, and student needs.
Key Responsibilities- Support students across various Indian states and regions
- Create culturally relevant educational materials
- Facilitate virtual learning sessions for Indian students
- Develop resources that reflect local educational needs
- Build connections with Indian educational institutions
- Participate in weekly Saturday afternoon collaborative sessions with our nationwide team of student leaders
- Document best practices in Indian education context
- Foster cross-cultural understanding
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university in India
- Strong understanding of Indian education system
- Fluency in English and at least one Indian language
- Teaching or tutoring experience
- Cultural competency and sensitivity
- Digital collaboration skills
