Tasks
  • Drive new business opportunities by sourcing and qualifying leads for the sales team.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and social channels to engage prospects.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to build and maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Track and manage lead generation activities using our CRM system.
  • Hit weekly and monthly quotas consistently with minimal supervision.
  • Participate in rapid ramp-up programs to quickly familiarize yourself with the company’s sales processes and tools.
  • Demonstrate adaptability by thriving in a high-performance, fast-paced work environment.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of experience in an SDR or related sales role, ideally in the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation and hitting quotas.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments (seed to Series B martech experience preferred).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly coachable with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving team.
  • Must be available for in-office work 5 days a week (no relocation support offered).

Benefits

Salary and Compensation:

  • Base salary of $80,000 with an additional $40,000 in commissions, totaling $120,000 OTE.
  • Exceptional performers may earn up to $150,000 OTE, with flexible compensation structures available.
  • Opportunities for rapid promotion to an Account Executive (AE) role within 6-9 months.
  • Initial positions do not offer equity, but equity may be considered upon promotion to AE.
