Job Description

Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project success.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and budgets.

The Successful Applicant

At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in Multifamily Construction, with a focus on interiors.
Demonstrated ability to manage mid to large-scale multifamily projects, preferably with specific experience in interiors.
Proficient in construction management software and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction documents, and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Dedicated to safety and quality.
