Senior Tax Manager - Construction Clients

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Senior Tax Manager with a focus on Construction Clients to join our Accounting Client's team. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will provide tax compliance and advisory services to construction corporations and partnerships.

Responsibilities as Senior Tax Manager - Construction Clients:
- Provide tax compliance and consulting services specifically tailored to the needs of construction clients.
- Advise clients on technical tax matters related to the construction industry, including construction contracts, revenue recognition, and cost accounting.
- Research complex tax issues and provide recommendations to clients.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Manage client relationships and provide proactive tax planning and advice.
- Supervise and mentor tax staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA license required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting, with a focus on construction clients.
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations related to the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
- Experience with tax software and MS Office Suite.
- Salary: $135K/yr - $155K/yr, salary negotiable
