Full Charge Bookkeeper / Office Manager - Robert Half

The successful candidate will be part of a team working in a dynamic work environment.

• Handle and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial transactions.
• Utilize QuickBooks for managing and processing financial data, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Regularly conduct bank and account reconciliations to confirm financial accuracy.
• Generate and prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for management review.
• Assist in the preparation and management of budgets.
• Offer prompt response to customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards in all transactions and processes.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software tools to perform and streamline accounting functions. • Must possess at least 2 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or Office Manager
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Demonstrable knowledge of accounting functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proven track record of performing bank reconciliations
• Prior experience in handling billing functions is mandatory
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Concur software
• Must be capable of maintaining and organizing financial records
• Experience in full-charge bookkeeping is necessary
